HYROX Training at H-Kore is a performance-driven workout designed to build strength, endurance, and conditioning for HYROX competition — or for anyone who wants to train like an athlete.
Our HYROX program is divided into three focused class formats: HYROX Conditioning, HYROX Strength, and HYROX Bootcamp. Each class targets a specific element of fitness while maintaining H-Kore’s high coaching standards and structured programming.
HYROX classes combine functional strength training, cardio conditioning, and race-style movements to deliver an intense, effective, and results-driven workout.
HYROX CONDITIONING
HYROX Conditioning focuses on cardiovascular endurance and race-specific conditioning.
This class combines sustained cardio efforts with functional movements commonly seen in HYROX competitions, including running, sled work, wall balls, lunges, carries, and bodyweight exercises. Work intervals are longer, heart rates are higher, and pacing is key.
HYROX Conditioning is designed to improve stamina, aerobic capacity, and mental resilience.

HYROX BOOTCAMP
HYROX Bootcamp is a high-intensity, full-body workout that improves strength, stamina and overall conditioning.
This class offers a comprehensive exercises that test both muscular strength and endurance. Combining cardio and functional movements, this class will sharpen your mental toughness and significantly improve your fitness.
HYROX Bootcamp exercises are adaptable to all levels, making it suitable for experienced Hyrox racers, those signing up for their first race, or those just looking for a good sweat.
