12-Hour Cancellation Policy: All class changes or cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours will result in the forfeiture of your class credit for Credit/Class Packs, or a $100 late fee auto-charged to the card on file for Unlimited Packages.
