MORE ABOUT MEGAKORE FUNDAMENTALS
MegaKore Fundamentals is the perfect class for beginners or those brand new to the Lagree Method. During the class class, instructors give a Megafomer overview and explain both principles of the Lagree Method and foundational Lagree movements, while developing a clear understanding of the hows and whys of each movement.
The flow and tempo of this 45-minute class is different from regular MegaKore classes. We focus on body positioning, movement, and transitions while guiding you through a challenging workout. This class will feel slower where time is split into both workout and explanation blocks. You can explore and play on the Megaformer while learning the elements that help you Strengthen, Stretch, and Sweat confidently through all our MegaKore classes.
