MegaCircuit is H-Kore's signature 40-minute Lagree circuit workout, which is perfect for beginners, experts, and everyone in between.
MegaCircuit combines Lagree moves on the Microformer with HIIT, cross-training, and strength training. The circuit is divided into 4 stations; it is a dynamic workout which targets all your muscle groups, and helps you burn fat and build muscle simultaneously.
You will circuit through 4 stations, lasting 10 mins each. After completing the first station, you’ll move on to the next one. MegaCircuit is an intense and effective 40-minute full-body workout!

MEGASTRENGTH
MegaStrength is H-Kore’s 45-minute strength training workout. This dynamic class combines dumbells, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises to challenge full-body strength. MegaStrength workouts perfect for all fitness levels. We offer specialised Calisthenics and HYROX Strength classes.

HYROX CLASSES
H-KORE is a HYROX affiliated studio. Our HYROX classes (Strength, Bootcamp and Conditioning) are led by seasoned HYROX winners and competitors. Training includes use of dumbells, kettlebells, wallballs, push/pull sled and other cardio equipment to help prepare you for competition day.
